By participating in the Organic Botanicals USA Monthly Giveaway, you agree to the following rules and terms.

• ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be 21 years old and reside in the United States. Void where prohibited by law.

• GIVEAWAY PERIOD

Each monthly giveaway begins on the first day of the month and ends on the final day of the month at 11:59pm MDT unless otherwise stated.

• HOW TO ENTER

Customers will automatically receive raffle ticket entries based on qualifying purchases made during the giveaway period.

To enter without purchase, email organicbotanicalsusa@gmail.com with your full legal name and “June Giveaway Entry” before June 30th at 11:59PM MDT. Limit one free entry per person per giveaway period.

ENTRY STRUCTURE:

• 100g = 1 Raffle Ticket
• 250g = 2 Raffle Tickets
• 500g = 3 Raffle Tickets
• 1000g = 4 Raffle Tickets

CAPSULE ENTRY STRUCTURE:

• 100 Capsules = 2 Raffle Tickets
• 250 Capsules = 3 Raffle Tickets
• 500 Capsules = 4 Raffle Tickets

WINNER SELECTION

One winner will be selected at random at the conclusion of each monthly giveaway period. Winners will be contacted using the information associated with their order or mail-in entry.

The odds of winning will vary depending on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners may need to verify age/identity before prize fulfillment.

PRIZES

Prize(s) will vary each month and will be announced on the Organic Botanicals USA website and/or social media pages. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
