Express: The fastest domestic shipping method guaranteeing delivery within 1-2 business days. Larger cities usually experience quicker delivery, while more remote areas might take a bit longer.

Priority: A premium air-based shipping method guaranteeing delivery within 3-4 days for most of the country.

Returns and Refunds

We have confidence in the quality of our products and don’t anticipate many returns. However, should a customer decide to return a purchased item, we can only accept unopened, untampered, and sealed bags within 30 days of the initial purchase. Returned items qualify for store credit in the form of a coupon code or money back.

If there are any issues with your order, such as missing items, incorrect items received, or damage during transit, please contact us. We will promptly dispatch replacements without any additional shipping charges to you. Due to slight variations in scales and weight tolerances, all our products have a margin of plus or minus 1g.
